Supplier Quality Technician

Manages non-conforming supplier parts on the plant floor, quarantines and holds parts, trains sorting (or rework) personnel on approved standards, and coordinates inspection and rework status. Maintains NCM area organization and 5S standards, prepares daily reports on sorting results and inventory, coordinates RTV shipments back to suppliers, and supports SQE tasks including data reporting and customer-site sorting when needed. Works with Supplier Quality team to support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives; participates in material movement, pallet labeling, and shipment coordination in a manufacturing/warehouse environment.
