Supplier Quality Manager

Supplier Quality Manager responsible for managing supplier qualification, part releases, and monitoring supplier quality performance in an international, cross-functional environment. Drive continuous supplier quality improvements, ensure compliance to product/process specifications and regulatory requirements, collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, participate in Product Development to ensure proper release of raw materials/components, drive supplier capability via gap analyses, manage SCARs, maintain the approved supplier list, and promote quality awareness across the organization. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, experience in supplier quality or related fields, proficiency with quality tools and statistics, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is advantageous, auditing skills are preferred, and English fluency is required. Hybrid work model based in Istanbul, Turkey.
