Job Summary
Lead defect reduction and COPQ projects across the supplier base using Lean Six Sigma tools; coach and mentor SQEs on project identification, execution, and sustainability in quality improvement initiatives; design and manage a competency model framework including training and certification pathways in FMEA, MSA, Process Capability, and 8D/Issue Resolution; develop standard work processes for consistency of quality practices; facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions and Kaizen events; monitor and report progress to leadership; collaborate with global supplier quality teams to share best practices and drive continuous improvement; ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements; requires a Bachelor’s degree and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; 7+ years of experience; travel 25% in a global manufacturing context; relocation assistance provided; pay range for U.S. positions: $125,000 - $208,300 with potential geographic differential and discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (required)
- 7+ years of experience in supplier quality, operations, or manufacturing
- Expertise in FMEA, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Process Capability, and 8D/Issue Resolution
- Demonstrated experience in developing training programs and competency frameworks
- Strong project management, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization
- Ability and willingness to travel 25% as required
Desired Qualifications
