Job Summary
Supplier Quality Engineering Leader for Sleep & Respiratory Care: develop and execute the supplier quality strategy, govern supplier quality decisions, and ensure regulatory compliance; own supplier risk management, KPI deployment, corrective actions, and QIP for strategic suppliers; build cross-functional partnerships across SQE, engineering, procurement, and stakeholders; lead organizational effectiveness, drive change, and enable multi-sourcing; travel ~50% to manage supplier relationships and onboarding; requires 10+ years in quality/procurement in medical devices, ISO9001/ISO13485 and FDA exposure, and a Master’s degree or higher; strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Quality, Procurement, or Supply Chain in medical device industry
- experience with internal/external audits
- ISO9001, ISO13485, and FDA-regulated environments
- Master’s degree or higher in engineering or science
- leadership experience and matrixed collaboration
