Job Summary
Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for deploying the Quality strategy for the aligned business area, developing and deploying quality capability, and driving governance and metrics to achieve zero defects. Responsibilities include risk-based assurance, regulatory/compliance integration, supplier qualification and maturation, problem containment and resolution, and enabling defect prevention across the organization. Travel up to 30% domestically and occasional international travel;Hybrid work model with three in-office days per week in Indianapolis, IN.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree and 4+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations
- Master’s degree
- PhD
- 6+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations in lieu of a degree
