Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or a related role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, 8D)
- Experience with supplier auditing and qualification processes
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (GD&T)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with advanced quality planning (AQP) tools like APQP, PPAP, and FMEA
- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 or IATF 16949
- Strong data analysis skills using statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process improvement
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
