Job Summary
Coordinate the SQE team and lead supplier selection and qualification processes. Build and refine quality control processes while validating supplier Root Cause Analysis and evaluating CAPA effectiveness for inspection or audit findings. Manage claims and monitor supplier ratings based on inspection results, collaborating with other departments to align service quality actions. Drive departmental quality goals through timely task execution and strict adherence to process standards. Requires reading technical drawings, intermediate English, audit experience, and proficiency in RCA tools, SPC, and ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Вміння читати та сприймати креслення та технічну документацію
- Володіння англійською мовою на рівні intermediate чи вище
- Досвід управління командами
- Досвід проведення аудитів постачальників
- Досвід роботи з постачальниками, розробка планів покращення постачальників
- Знання інструментів RCA
- Розуміння статистичних методів контролю якості (Sampling, AQL, Gage R&R)
- Розуміння технологій обробки матеріалів (пластик, метал, електроніка)
- Досвід з інструментами якості (SPC, GR&R, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan)
Desired Qualifications
- Сертифікація в галузі якості (наприклад, ISO 9001, IPC, Six Sigma) — буде перевагою
- Впевнений користувач Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/ERP, PLM/JIRA — бажано
