Supplier Quality Engineer (English)

Job Summary
Plan and organize supplier process audits; support supplier qualification and de-sourcing; collect and analyze supplier quality data (ppm, SPC, audit findings) to address low-performing suppliers; support in critical material/ supplier quality control; introduce IT tools for quality process management, 5M1E change management and traceability; ensure compliance with applicable regulations; collaborate with sourcing and product engineering; leverage PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA; engage cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to drive quality improvements; role requires hands-on supplier quality management with experience in stamping, machining and PCBA manufacturing and assembly; strong English communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical or electronic engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management
- Knowledge of PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA
- Familiar with stamping, machining, PCBA manufacturing and assembly processes, quality requirements, test specification and failure analysis
- Strong English skills (oral and written)
- Very good communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills
