Monitor performance data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement, including implementing APQP/PPAP processes for new product introductions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality, 3+ years of supplier quality experience, and proficiency in quality management systems like ISO 9001 and tools such as FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field
- 3+ years experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing quality within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and quality tools (e.g., PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to conduct supplier audits and drive corrective actions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- ASQ CQE or CSSGB certification
- Experience with AI/ML-driven quality tools
- Familiarity with a specific ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Multilingual, particularly in a language relevant to the supply chain
