Job Summary
Drive supplier quality and development for mechanical components and systems. Own supplier qualifications, audits, action plans, performance monitoring, and supplier scorecards; support manufacturing transfer programs and external/internal audits; manage root-cause containment and corrective actions with suppliers; leverage prior experience to execute policy/strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requires a Mechanical Engineering degree and 8+ years in Supplier Quality with strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, and plastics; Lean mindset and Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification; demonstrated problem-solving, communication, planning, and project-management abilities. Required Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering degree
- 8+ years experience in Supplier Quality function
- Supplier handling experience
- Lean mindset
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification

- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
