Supplier Quality Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Quality-driven senior role coordinating supplier quality for transmission components. Lead supplierISIR/4M activities, manage durability testing planning, analyze quality data, drive corrective actions, and maintain cost of quality systems. Oversee and mentor a small team (3-5 direct reports), ensure KPI targets are met, collaborate with management to implement processes that exceed customer expectations, and maintain compliance with ISO/IATF16949 standards. Requires 7-10 years related experience, supervisory experience, Korean bilingual ability, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools; willingness to rotate shifts and adhere to HTGP policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED
- 4 Year Degree or comparable background of work related experience*
Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and possess the basic ability to read, write and communicate in English.
- Candidates must be able to work some overtime hours and occasional weekend days.
- Candidates must be capable of working on their feet for long periods, demonstrating hand dexterity and tolerating repetitious work patterns.
