Supplier Performance Specialist (Remote - Residing in San Diego County, CA, or Mexico)

Job Summary
Identify bottleneck and capacity constraints to develop improvement plans for enhanced on-time supplier delivery. Lead projects using a process improvement discipline, prioritizing work, mitigating risks, and collecting Leading Indicator data on RM availability, WIP, and quality closures. Remove barriers to business goals by interacting with multiple departments and managing tasks across various management levels. Travel up to 80% of the time within San Diego County, CA, or Mexico to work on-site at suppliers, while maintaining 20% remote presence. Actively participate in Commodity Days, EMMs, and SEMO to co-lead supplier development initiatives with customers and leaders.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Reside in the San Diego County, CA, or Mexico Area
- A College Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience
- Must be able to travel up to 80% of your time within the San Diego County, CA, or Mexico On-site at suppliers 80% of your time 20% of the time working from home office

- Proficient in SAP and Qlik/ Power BI
