Job Summary
Identify bottleneck and capacity constraints to develop mitigation plans for improved on-time supplier delivery. Acquire a big-picture vision of operational effectiveness and drive results by removing barriers to business goals specific to parts delivery. Lead indicator data collection including RM availability, WIP tracking, quality closures, and sub-tier supplier monitoring. Manage process improvement projects, prioritize work within the CORE operating system, and utilize project management discipline to mitigate risks. Actively participate in Commodity Days, EMMs, and SEMO while co-leading supplier development initiatives with customers and leaders. Travel up to 80% of your time within the Phoenix, AZ area, with on-site presence at suppliers 80% of the time and remote work 20% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Reside in the Phoenix, AZ Area
- A College Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience
- Must be able to travel up to 80% of your time within the Phoenix, AZ Area
- On-site at suppliers 80% of your time
- 20% of the time working from home office
