Job Summary
Identify bottleneck and capacity constraints to develop improvement plans for enhanced on-time supplier delivery. Acquire a big-picture vision of operational effectiveness and drive results by removing barriers to business goals specific to part delivery. Collect Leading Indicator data including RM availability, WIP tracking, quality closures, and sub-tier supplier status. Lead projects according to plan, manage CORE operating system needs, and actively participate in Commodity Days and SEMO meetings. Co-lead with customers and Supplier Development Leaders on respective supplier initiatives while traveling up to 80% of the time within the Los Angeles area.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Reside in the Los Angeles, CA Area
- A College Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience
- Must be able to travel up to 80% of your time within the Los Angeles, CA Area
- On-site at suppliers 80% of your time
- 20% of the time working from home office

- Proficient in SAP and Qlik/ Power BI
