Supplier Performance & Compliance – Specialist

Monitor vendor adherence to contract terms, SLAs, KPIs, and organizational policies while conducting periodic performance reviews, compliance checks, and risk assessments. Validate and record vendor deliverables, milestone achievements, and payment claims, then maintain vendor governance dashboards and performance registers. Facilitate review meetings to document findings, risks, and action plans, and support internal/external audits by providing verified performance and compliance evidence. Identify deviations or control gaps and recommend corrective actions to enhance vendor management frameworks and reporting transparency. Establish best practices for the secure storage of contract deliverables and performance documentation, ensuring consistency and traceability with Qatar Government procurement and audit requirements.
