Job Summary
Review and process accurate product catalog data on the platform to enable customer purchases for R&D and Life Sciences. Communicate directly with suppliers to guide them through onboarding, validate complex catalog data, and ensure all information is complete and optimized. Collaborate with software engineering and Product Data teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation, and support technical integrations for suppliers. Diligently follow up on deliverables impacting customer launches and escalate data inconsistencies proactively. Work from home Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, observing US holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–3 years in a client-facing business role with experience managing product or catalog data
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills with a proven track record of working with complex spreadsheets and datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Google Suite, JIRA, and CRM systems such as Hubspot
- Basic technical acumen to understand specifications and requirements supporting customer integrations
