Job Summary
Manage relationships between Arc Legal and external supplier networks, including outsource partners and solicitors. Oversee a supplier portfolio to ensure service standards are met while collaborating with internal teams to support positive customer outcomes. Support the Procurement Manager in developing external relationships and handling multiple priorities using data, service levels, and performance metrics. This role is ideal for building experience within supplier and third-party management at a specialist provider of ancillary insurance products.
