Supplier Lifecycle Specialist

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding for new and legacy suppliers within SAP Ariba, guiding them through registration, profile completion, and system navigation. Review, validate, and maintain supplier documentation including Certificates of Insurance, W9s, and Worker's Comp certificates while monitoring expiration dates to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct periodic re-evaluations, process updated insurance records, and troubleshoot onboarding or compliance issues for suppliers and internal stakeholders. Generate and analyze supplier reports to track progress and educate newly approved suppliers on purchasing processes and payment expectations. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice, purchase order, and legal entity changes while identifying opportunities to streamline the internal onboarding program.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years experience in Purchasing or Finance, or related field
- Experience serving as a liaison between external parties and internal departments
- Knowledge of the procurement process with the ability to read, interpret, and explain company procedures both internally and externally
- Ability to travel between offices, as required
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
