Supplier Integration Manager - SPARC Assembly

Job Summary
Lead supply chain activities for SPARC Assembly, including strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management. Embedded within project and engineering teams, accountable for meeting internal customers’ needs with a focus on capital equipment, tooling, consumables, and services. Develop and optimize sourcing strategies, drive cross-functional sourcing projects, and negotiate contracts and statements of work. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, export compliance, and risk management; provide clear updates to internal customers; coordinate planning with planners in a matrixed organization; visit suppliers as needed to conduct business reviews and track milestones. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and 5+ years of related experience; strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and collaboration skills; willingness to travel; and ability to work in a hybrid environment. Bonus for a Master’s degree and experience in high-growth environments or tooling/indirect sourcing. This role is based in Devens, MA and aligns with Commonwealth Fusion Systems’ SPARC Assembly program.
Required Qualifications
