Job Summary
Manage supplier delivery performance and drive daily/weekly execution routines to secure supply continuity and recover shortages for next-generation jet engine programs. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve capacity constraints, assess manufacturing feasibility, and formulate recovery plans that align with long-term business objectives. Own OTD metrics, shortage recovery, and risk mitigation strategies while deploying standard work for supplier performance improvement and visual management. Translate delivery data into actionable purchase order changes and support readiness for production ramps and new product introduction milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline from an accredited University
- Relevant supply chain or engineering experience
- Supplier delivery management
- Capacity planning

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in supplier management and manufacturing, preferably in turbomachinery or similar complex assemblies
- Strong aptitude in operations and manufacturing, ability to understand routing, capacity, lead times, and constraints across multiple processes
- Experience with Aerospace manufacturing and quality systems, including familiarity with supplier qualification and surveillance processes
- Working experience with GE Aerospace quality system and/or fulfillment processes
- Strong influencing skills, including guiding suppliers and internal partners without a direct reporting relationship
- Ability to execute new and unclear requirements and goals, operating effectively in dynamic, fast-changing environments
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and lead cross-functional teams to resolution
- Ability to effectively manage changing and conflicting priorities and resolve issues appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and provide efficient solutions, using structured problem-solving tools
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to coach, train, and motivate others internally and at suppliers

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information succinctly to leadership
- Familiarity with the GE Aerospace quality system and ability to leverage FLIGHT DECK, GE Aerospace's proprietary LEAN operating model, to improve supplier performance
