Supplier Engagement Analyst

Job Summary
Monitor key performance indicators and report on data receipt alignment with service level agreements. Partner with data analysts to review metrics, lead supplier conversations, and drive improvements in data quality and consistency. Collaborate with suppliers to enhance accuracy, identify new opportunities for retailer data quality, and coordinate onboarding activities including testing and format alignment. Build strong relationships by acting as the main point of contact for retailers, handling escalations, and ensuring timely resolution. Contribute to system improvements involving SAP, transactional data handling, and retailer system changes.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to interpret and apply data in a business context
- Excellent analytical, Presentation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Tech-savvy, with exposure to different data and file formats
- Ability to understand and interpret diverse data structures and mapping
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge in Python, SQL is an added advantage
- Knowing Arabic is an advantage
