Job Summary
Senior-level supplier development role focused on identifying, developing, and advancing strategic supplier relationships across Europe (EMEA) to support business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining supplier pipelines and engagement plans, leading supplier interactions to secure new business and expand partnerships into new product lines and geographies, coordinating cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical, Sales, Executive), managing opportunities from initial contact through deal framing, and negotiating NDAs and contracts. Requires a four-year college degree, Beauty & Personal Care or Household sales experience, chemical/ingredient distribution knowledge, fluency in English, leadership skills, and up to 50% travel. Location is Europe-based with a home-office setup; France is preferred but not limited to it.
