Supplier Development Engineer

Supplier Development Engineer to drive structured change management and continuous improvement across the supplier landscape and internal interfaces. Own inflow of quality data and problem signals, translate data into insights and prioritized actions, lead structured problem-solving (8D, RCA, CAPA, PDCA) and secure root-cause-based corrective actions, ensure long-term improvements across design, test methods, and suppliers, monitor supplier quality performance (PPM, yield, claims), establish visibility of COPQ and drive improvements, conduct and support audits (process, product, system) including People and Planet assessments, lead cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to PQAP, TSQP, and RTS processes.
