Supplier Developer/Purchasing Department

Job Summary
Manage KPIs for the managed supplier area and lead quality development for main local suppliers through defined agreements. Drive immediate improvements and root cause elimination for high escalations involving external and intracompany suppliers, including charge-back of linked costs. Coordinate with the East European Purchasing Centre to identify potential suppliers in southeastern Europe and conduct audits aligned with VDA 6.3 standards. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering, experience in automotive quality management, and proficiency in core tools like APQP, FMEA, and SPC. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English, with SAP system usage and an auditor certificate being strong advantages.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering
- Experience in automotive industry
- Experience in quality management
- Knowledge about quality standards: ISO 9000-family
- Knowledge about quality standards: IATF 16949
- Knowledge about quality standards: VDA 6.3
- Certificate for auditor
- Understanding of: Automotive core tools and methods (MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, APQP, Control Plan)
- Understanding of: Customer-Specific requirements
- Understanding of: Process management and process oriented approach
- Understanding of: Documentation of a Management System
- Understanding of: Quality planning
- Understanding of: Supplier management
- Understanding of: Customer satisfaction and complaint management
- Understanding of: Quality Management system concepts
- Understanding of: Evaluation and Improvement of a Quality management system
- Understanding of: Measurement and controlling of processes with KPI's
- Understanding of: Continuous Improvement
- Understanding of: Root cause analysis (5-Why, Ishikawa etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in Bulgarian and English language
- General technical overview
