Job Summary
Supplier Compliance Manager overseeing the supplier lifecycle from onboarding to compliance management, performance monitoring, and scorecard reporting. Collaborates across Merchandising, Sourcing, Purchasing, Finance, Quality Assurance, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics to ensure supplier partners meet service, compliance, and contractual obligations. Drives supplier performance improvements, corrective actions, and cost reduction through KPI dashboards, quarterly scorecards, QBRs, and chargeback programs; manages inbound labeling, GS1-128 standards, and audit activities while leveraging ERP/BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field required
- 5+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain operations, logistics, or related fields
- Experience managing supplier scorecards, compliance programs, and performance improvement initiatives
- Experience with warehouse operations, inbound logistics, and supplier compliance programs preferred
- Experience within retail, wholesale distribution, consumer products, manufacturing, or e-commerce environments preferred
