Job Summary
Monitor and enforce supplier compliance with contract terms, deliverables, and quality requirements across the Natrium program. Track supplier performance against approved budgets and schedules, conducting regular audits of documentation to identify systemic issues. Manage contract change control, maintain compliance reporting for leadership, and develop internal procedures for open action tracking systems. Collaborate with legal, quality, and project teams to resolve compliance risks and ensure all modifications are properly approved. Report on supplier cost, schedule, and data analysis to drive improvement opportunities. This role reports to the Supply Chain Program Manager and supports internal supply chain compliance with budgets, headcount, and process standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's (supply chain, business or engineering) degree
- 7+ years in supply chain, contract management, or compliance
- 5+ years of experience managing or integrating supplier cost, schedule, and reporting on complex programs
- Strong experience managing supplier contracts and compliance in regulated industries
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Power BI), Atlassian Confluence and MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Project)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance streams
- Travel required: 10-25%
