Job Summary
Lead the Group Supplier Assurance Framework Transformation in a regulated insurance environment. Own the governance, audit schedule and automated monitoring tools for supplier relationships across the business; partner with divisional MDs and compliance teams to maintain SAF guardrails, ensure regulatory alignment (FCA SYSC 8, Operational Resilience SS2/21, Consumer Duty), and deliver continuous improvement in supplier risk management, due diligence, and commercial performance through the entire supplier lifecycle.
