Job Summary
Greet customers, recommend appropriate products, and provide relevant information while ensuring store conditions meet established standards. Assist with merchandise displays, manage inventory, and process warehouse stock. Adhere to all health, safety, and security regulations. Perform duties as assigned, including standing for extended periods up to 8 hours and lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Work part-time evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts at the Brantford store.
Required Qualifications
- Great communication skills
- Enthusiasm for informing customers about products and services
- The ability to analyse information to determine which product or service is most appropriate
- Broad knowledge of products and natural therapies
- The ability to stand for extended periods; up to 8 hours per shift
- The ability to lift, move and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility in availability, including working evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts
