Job Summary
Tutor and work with students in the classroom and the Academic Success Center, attending assigned classes to assist with lecture content and assignments. Conduct weekly tutoring sessions in an individual or group setting under the professor's guidance, while assisting with administrative tasks such as welcoming students and managing logins. Maintain a weekly log in Sonis tracking student attendance, progress, and assistance provided. Candidates must have at least one year of education at Vaugh College with a 3.0 GPA, subject matter expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Entry-level compensation is $16.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications

- maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher
- expertise in the subject matter
- Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Must be able to sit, stand, and navigate within the office area
