Supervisory Physician ( Psychiatry)

Supervise the general scope of professional services, administrative policies, and medical direction for behavioral health operations. Serve as an expert advisor on Army and MTF behavioral health policies to achieve mission objectives while providing consultation, advisory, and liaison services across population areas. Lead quality assurance, quality improvement, utilization review, risk management, and peer review activities. Plan work for subordinates, set short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for clinic and service completion. Examine patients, evaluate clinical findings, and prescribe treatment or refer to specialty clinics as needed. Full-time employment at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, NC, requires US citizenship, Board Certification in Psychiatry, and an unrestricted medical license.
