Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care for infants, children, youth, and adults according to current standards of care and the patient-centered medical home model. Lead a multi-disciplinary team responsible for ongoing patient care and coordinate services across the healthcare system, including subspecialty care and community-based resources. Supervise other health care providers by assigning work based on priorities and capabilities, while providing technical oversight and teaching to staff. Identify developmental needs for employees and arrange for necessary training. Complete required medical records in accordance with specified procedures and regulations. Develop performance plans and rate employees as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Board Eligible/Certified
- current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a Physician from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
