Job Summary
Supervisory Nurse to oversee the non-skilled home care program in Washington, DC. Lead supervisory visits for Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides, perform client assessments, develop individualized care plans, ensure adherence to the plan of care and agency policies, provide education and support to field staff, and communicate with clients, families, and office staff. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality of care with flexible scheduling and leadership support.
Required Qualifications
- Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Previous supervisory or home care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of non-skilled home care regulations preferred
