Supervisory Control Specialist

In this Supervisory Control Specialist role within Wells Fargo's Wealth & Investment Management, you will participate in and consult on policies, controls, tools, and training, identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies within Integrated Brokerage, and analyze controls to manage high-risk investment strategies. You will evaluate resources to monitor risk, guide process changes and technology enhancements, present recommendations for resolving complex analyses, gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop expertise in firm, compliance, and regulatory policies. You will collaborate with Financial Advisors, Regional and Management teams, Private Client Group, Branch Managers, and various Business Units to support risk management, controls, and compliance-driven governance. The position requires FINRA licensure (Series 7 and 63 or equivalents), potential additional licenses (e.g., Series 9/10, Series 66/SIE where applicable), and adherence to background-check and regulatory requirements. The role may require working at multiple office locations in the US and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
