Job Summary

Provide evidence-based treatment using behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches while diagnosing severe adult psychological dysfunction based on the DSM. Document patient encounters in the electronic health record and offer concise feedback to providers on referred patients' status and team-based care recommendations. Guide hospital leadership on psychology policy and consult with military, community, and multidisciplinary professionals. Supervise federal civilian employees by establishing priorities, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing technical guidance. Maintain a current, active, unrestricted clinical license and hold a doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship
  • Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology
  • A current, active, valid, and unrestricted clinical license to practice Psychology independently from a U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Commonwealth, territory, or jurisdiction
  • completed an American Psychological Association (APA) accredited doctoral graduate program
  • an APA accredited predoctoral internship
