Job Summary
Manage own litigation by preparing and responding to discovery, handling depositions, and overseeing counterclaims. Review Associate Attorneys' contested work product before client approval, draft motions, and sign off on pleadings for filing. Supervise Associate Attorneys and Paralegals by monitoring contested files, assigning work, reviewing diaries, and training new hires. Appear in court up to three days per week to argue contested motions, conduct trials, and arbitrations. Assist the State Level Attorney with case management, incoming client communications, and opposing counsel contacts.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate
- admittance to MO Bar
- 5+ years of litigation experience
Desired Qualifications
- Additional licenses in BG states
