Job Summary

Lead and supervise analytical reviews of research communications and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory rules and firm policies. Partner with research analysts, compliance, and production teams to oversee the review process, implement governance solutions, and drive strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards; lead process improvements and special projects; provide consulting and analytical support; build strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders and senior analysts; ensure alignment with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements; operate with independence on non-routine tasks and contribute to coverage launches and thematic reporting. Strong emphasis on regulatory knowledge, Series 16 licensing, communication, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Required Qualifications

  • Typically 8-10 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a research equity analyst required
  • Series 16 license required
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory guidelines
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
