Job Summary
Supervisor, Warranty Administrator leads and supervises a team of Customer Service representatives and leaders, handles escalations, coaches and develops team capabilities, ensures quality assurance and proper documentation, drives process improvements and compliance, collaborates cross-functionally with production, sales, shipping, and other internal teams, and provides sales/service support as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of progressive experience in customer service, warranty management, or product lifecycle management, with travel up to 10% domestically. Preferred qualifications include associate or bachelor’s degree, experience in a call center or service operations environment, HVAC industry familiarity, and proficiency with Service Bench, Salesforce, SAP, Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen, CRM tools (Five9). Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
