Job Summary
Manage designated warehouse areas, oversee functional zones, and ensure consistent application of SOPs and associate administration. Train staff to meet performance goals, control expenses, and enforce safety, asset protection, and hazmat programs. Open and close the distribution center, handle customer problems, and survey facilities for maintenance needs. Troubleshoot complex operational issues independently and lead daily department operations under limited supervision. Requires 7+ years of experience, with a minimum pay of $24.40. Located in an indoor environment with infrequent travel, supporting White Cap's supply of concrete, chemicals, and building materials across North America.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility
- Technical certification or associate degree
