Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse operations by leading a team of logistics staff, coordinating incoming and outgoing goods flows, and ensuring efficient, safe, and planned execution. Monitor operational progress, quality, and safety while identifying bottlenecks to resolve them immediately. Optimize logistics processes, work methods, and material streams through performance analysis and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production, supply chain, and project teams to guarantee material availability and reliable service delivery. Drive digitalization, standardization, and professionalization efforts within the warehouse. Maintain visible presence on the shop floor to support staff development and team cohesion. Requires an HBO degree in logistics or related fields, 0-5 years of experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Full-time role with a salary range of €3656 to €4795 gross per month plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in Logistiek, Supply Chain Management, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of Scheepsbouwkunde
- 0 tot 5 jaar werkervaring binnen logistiek, supply chain, productie of operations
- Affiniteit met warehouseprocessen, logistiek en techniek
- Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte instelling
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Natuurlijk leiderschap en overtuigingskracht
- Analytisch vermogen en procesmatig denken
