Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor responsible for leading all operational disciplines in the warehouse to ensure productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction. Oversees daily scheduling, directs shipping/receiving, sanitation, inventory control, and maintenance; ensures adherence to budgets and safety policies (OSHA). Recruits, trains, and manages performance of direct reports; coordinates training to maintain a well-organized shipping/receiving plan. Requires forklift experience and a High School Diploma; preferred 2-3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in transportation and logistics. Focus areas include safety, equipment maintenance, process optimization, and collaboration with branch and regional management to achieve operational excellence.
