Supervisor, Warehouse I

Supervise the warehouse team and designated facility, managing incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory while ensuring company standards for service, quality, safety, and productivity are met. Assign duties to direct reports, provide performance feedback, and plan production schedules with resource allocation to maintain time and production records. Track warehouse activities including sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability, resolve employee issues, and maintain open communication across all organizational levels. Manage operations using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and machinery, including work in extreme temperatures from -20 to 100 Fahrenheit with provided PPE.
