Job Summary
Direct a team of 10-15 associates for receiving, shipping, and inventory control at the Hillsboro manufacturing facility. Manage safety, environmental compliance, and hazardous waste protocols while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Complete annual performance reviews, assist with hiring and training, and coordinate on-site inventory against corporate targets. Investigate customer complaints, implement corrective actions, and maintain work instructions for all processes. Oversee site compliance with the cycle count program and manage relationships with 3PL warehouses. Requires 10+ years of warehousing experience, HazMat certification, and a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business or similar discipline
- 10+ years of warehousing/distribution experience
- at least 3-5 years as a warehouse supervisor or manager
- Knowledge in ERP (SAP)
- Knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work/lead a team with little direct supervision
- Strong interpersonal abilities
