Job Summary
Supervise daily warehouse operations by coordinating receipt, storage, transfer, and distribution of materials to support field initiatives. Monitor performance metrics for space, turnaround, and labor utilization to drive efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety standards and internal controls. Conduct inventory audits, identify process gaps, and implement corrective actions to minimize stock discrepancies. Recruit, develop, and lead supervisors and support staff through coaching, performance reviews, and development opportunities. Transport materials using company vehicles or box trucks, with occasional overnight stays required for deliveries. Requires valid driver's license, strong leadership experience, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Analytics, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Sitetracker, or similar platforms
- Telecommunications or utility industry experience
