Job Summary
Oversee and coordinate a warehouse shift: supervise associates in receiving, warehousing, and shipping; ensure inbound/outbound accuracy and damage-free shipments; maintain safety with OSHA and MSDS compliance and food-safety practices; conduct shift meetings; plan work schedules; prepare records and reports; evaluate employee performance and prepare appraisals.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3+ years supervisory or warehouse experience; or successful completion of Americold’s internship program; or a bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a union environment may be required
- Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Software proficiency
