Supervisor Warehouse - Afternoon Shift

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, scheduling, and ensuring timely, efficient product flow in a fast-paced distribution setting. Drive inventory accuracy, manage weekly manpower planning and timecards, enforce safety and regulatory compliance (OHSA and environmental standards), and optimize costs. Lead warehouse staff to meet customer demands, communicate expectations and goals, monitor performance metrics (yield, labor efficiency, overhead), and back up the Warehouse Manager as needed. Require leadership experience, proficiency in ERP tools (Excel, Word, SAP, PowerPoint), and a college degree in a related field; warehouse leadership and experience in food/beverage manufacturing are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in a related field
- 5-7 years relevant work experience in supervising a warehouse team
- Experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing preferred
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint
- Forklift Trainer certification a highly deemed asset
- HRIS experience with UltiPro an asset
