Supervisor warehouse

Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping. Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock control processes. Optimize warehouse space, capacity, and material flow. Develop and maintain standardized work instructions. Ensure equipment and facility maintenance requirements are met. Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, and safety. Lead and support teams to meet operational and health & safety standards. Requires experience in warehouse or logistics operations with team leadership responsibilities, strong knowledge of inventory management, and familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems. French is required; English is also required for customer communication outside Quebec.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations with team leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to health, safety, and operational excellence
- French is required
- English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis
