Job Summary
Warehouse Supervisor on 2nd shift responsible for leading the Post Road and Moore Road warehouse associates; supervise floor operations, payroll approvals, training, interviews, performance appraisals, and ensure safe, timely processing of receiving, shipping, outbound SOs, and transfer shipments; coordinate with Production Supervisors and Inventory Manager to maintain inventory and optimize labor and costs; prepare agendas, schedules, and responses to routine inquiries; emphasis on leadership, safety, process improvement, and achieving cost targets; bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; high school diploma required with relevant experience; associate or bachelor’s in business/logistics preferred; 2+ years in logistics/warehouse; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication and adaptability.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma with relevant experience is required
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related discipline is preferred
- Bi-Lingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Experience with inventory-tracking software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or inventory management
- Strong shipping and receiving full truckloads, LTL and UPS shipments
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead others in a results-oriented manner
