Job Summary
Provide outcome-based supervision to ensure evidence-based employment services and ethical practices for individuals with disabilities. Deliver counseling and guidance to help clients attain and maintain competitive employment while reviewing documentation for eligibility determination and Individualized Plans of Employment. Manage staffing patterns, facilitate quality assurance activities, and coach staff on team goals. Develop relationships with employers by learning their hiring practices and priorities, and oversee health and safety policies throughout the service area. Maintain documentation of counseling interactions, consumer choice, and case proceedings to ensure fiscal accountability. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university with a major in a social, behavioral, or rehabilitative science
- A minimum of two (2) years professional experience in counseling in a rehabilitative setting
- A Master's Degree (MA/MS) from an accredited college or university in a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science or education program
- Valid driver's license
- Good motor vehicle record (MVR)
