Job Summary
Lead and motivate valet, attendant, and cashier staff to promote teamwork and a customer service environment. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, assist with accident/incident reports, and train, schedule, and evaluate team members. Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs, maintain logs for field transactions and uniform issues, and monitor facility cleanliness to report safety concerns. Assist local management with equipment cataloging and perform operational duties as needed. Work Thursday through Sunday shifts from 11 AM to 7 PM, with Sunday shifts ending at 3 PM. Requires a valid driver's license with at least two years of experience and ability to drive a manual transmission.
Required Qualifications
- 2 Years Drivers License
- Valid driver's license (at least 2 years)
- Can drive a manual (standard, stick-shift) transmission
- At least 18 years old
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way
- At least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience
- Motivated individual willing to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry
- Organized, honest and thoughtful
- Trustworthy, loyal and dependable
- Self-sufficient, resourceful, collaborative and decisive
- Flexible schedule meaning that the position may require working weekends and holidays
- Very strong conversational communication skills
- Exceptional way with people
