Job Summary
Manage day-to-day valet operations at a specific location by greeting guests, assisting customers in and out of vehicles, and driving, parking, and retrieving cars safely. Lead the valet team through hiring, training, and coaching while creating staffing schedules based on daily vehicle volume. Ensure full compliance with standard operating procedures, maintain vehicle and key security, and prepare daily paperwork for audit standards. Keep drive lanes and crosswalks clean of debris and spills, implement staging plans to maximize parking capacity, and quickly identify vehicle makes and models. Substitute for any position as needed and complete other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimal high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimal 6 month related experience or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- Current address
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift)
- Speaks clearly
